Not Guilty on Grounds of Unconsciousness
In the Victorian era, people starting to understand ideas and states of consciousness more. And there were cases being put through the old Bailey of people that had tried to murder people in their sleep. So, we get this new verdict in the Victorian era called Not Guilty on Grounds of Unconsciousness. I'm not still in place today, although it does tend to get a little bit problematic as well because you could murder somebody and say, oh, I did it in my sleep, I wasn't responsible.
