If it's a big, huge, long term goal, it can be so inaccessible that it doesn't do any short term good and can even discourage. But if you have those daily goals, very actionable steps that'll feed into that long term one, that's where you want your attention. Focused attention, in the moment, i think, was the term. One of the most import things with the whole course,. as just a mackerol view, was that there is a science to excellence.
