It's helpful to know that things like this exist. It's not going to be a flip of a switch, i imagine, with all these things. I mean, how long for someone to kind of get an understanding? Say you have a bad habitual thought pattern,. How long does it take the average person to get over something like this? O' get good news or badness. Il wan to tell you the bad news first. The badness is we don't get over it. We learn to live with it. And our relationship with it changes. So we become less scared of having the experience and more able to manage those uncomfortable feelings.
