The Effect of Red Light on the Body

The blue light has an important role in like starting the daily sercate in a rhythm. Red light causes reactive oxygen species, or increases reactive ocygen species, that are free radicals. In small amounts, these free radicals actually have a health benefit on the body - similar to exercise. A green light helps relieve my grains, reduce pain and improves moon moot. amber light reduces skin redness, helps a sensitive skin and boosts red bloodcell production. And lastly, red light is the antinflammatory light that reduces inflammation, a helph with acne, helps with wrinkles and also boosts melatonin which is the body's like sleep hormon.
