The xenobot is a robot that goes around and builds itself from parts it finds in the environment. It's von Neumann's dream come true, says Mike Bongard of MIT. Xenobots have all kinds of interesting behaviors such as zipping around they go in circles or moving straight. They self assemble into this uh into this ball but if you do nothing so let's say you do nothing to them you just you just leave them to their own devices. These little balls once they make them become the next generation overnight they are active matter now.
