How to Promote Secure Attachment
We need to help promote secure entachment, have online library and community center resources that teach mindfulness. Empathy is huge. It may not be all about me. Right now, let me just empathize and be mindful that this person is feeling angry or scared. They need to be mindful of their own impact on other people. Why am I feeling this way? What's going on right now in this particular situation? And then just mindfulness at the present moment. We can use video, audio and text-based lessons.
