The IRA included a fee on methane that was viciously fought by the fossil fuel industry and oil and gas industry, but did end up going in there. It's not the biggest and most important one, but it is a meaningful one that shouldn't be left out of the discussion. I do think if you look at the structure of the tax credits, there is a fair amount that you can point to in there that is worth lifting up as genuinely good.
