The Choke Cherry and Sarah Madre wind farms are backed by the billionaire oil man out of Colorado, Philip and Schutz. "If I have a ranch next to yours, Terry, I don't want to look at the wind turbines that are making you money and not me money," one Wyoming rancher said.
