Monolithic Rails vs Monolit Rails?

The team needs to match what micro services are optimized for. Even things just like sending a group of people an emal often takes too long, if the group is large enough,. before the request will time out and wreck your servers. How do you test those changes? I even develop on your own machine becomes tricky. But i think developer experience is a really big one.
