What's Different in Terms of Community and Community Management?

A lot of kid operators were a lot of site operators for kids panicked because moderation community management cost money. And so there were so many fractured conversations of focus back then where we have learned and evolved now. They know about these things and they're trying to focus not only on providing safety, but also really focusing on the positive. That's been more of a relaxed kind of engaged experience that's happening now.
