If you're taking just like a straight magnesium, that's fine at night. But if it's one with B vitamins, you can keep your wake for you. It controls your nerve pulses and the messaging between your nerves and your muscles. You really need that if you're training. If you have a lot of coffee, you might want to be more magnesium.
