interval training is not this only all out as hard as you can go bed busting type exercise but the traditional types of interval exercise are yellow and red zones. Red zone intervals are these true sprint from danger pace all out efforts where you're generating very very high power outputs well above VO2 max pace in an absolute sense that's sprint type interval trainingYeah so do you want to just sort of maybe maybe define that a bit more? i've seen some recent stuff from Eddie Coyle there's probably others but during like really like four seconds and six seconds and things like that i guess we haven't really touched on that much so you want tojust uh yeah sure.
