Are You Motivated to Eat a Short Period of Time?

i don't want people to be in a perpetual diet. So part of the thinking of this study was, can we come up with something where you're highly motivated to kind of beat hunger for a short period of time? And i would define that as break um refeeds. Something else i've thought about is, what if we did a reef? What if we did this for a month, but every every week end? That would be an interesting approach. Or maybe five days or somethi something, maybe a litle bit longer, yes.
