How to Learn Conversational Skills in School

i started to recognize that glassy look when people didn't care about what i was saying. And i got better at conveying what excited or interested me. It's interesting that that is such a subtle conversational skill. I thinkit w'udbe hard to teach, especially to young people. But like, in general, yo, school wastes time. Like, maybe people could have actually learned this kind of thing, or or something else that's useful.
