The Five Things I Need From You
There's not enough of them and they're outnumbered at the best of times. I feel like it's every person's job to do their job as securely as they know how and they're able to do that organizations. So yes, I would love to hire dads that've already had a ton of secure coding training and secure design and threat modeling,. But the likelihood of me just recruiting only people that have that is low. It's a much better plan for organizations that are big enough to create their own training and train these people or their own guidance.
