How to Overcome Bullshit in Dating

I've always felt this way all my life and it's always been a hindrance in my non-existent dating life. I'm also quite shy around boys and I don't meet new people very often, which makes me feel even worse at flirting. How can I overcome the sphere of letting people see the real me? I really want to enter the dating scene, but I just don't know how. Oh my God. The way you are talking to yourself, the way you feel about yourself is so wrong. You're incredible and anyone would be lucky to get to know you. That's the mentality we need to have.
