The Product Owner, the Back Log Rooming

The product owner is somebody who, they're not the one doing ts the stories on the board. They 're the ones who are helping to nail down which of the stories are more important than the other that need to be done first. The back log grooming piece is something that we probably could spend a whole lot of time on, but we won't. As someone who had done the backlo grimming for the podcast and for the blog at agin efficiency, there is a disproportionate amount of time hat is saved by spending in time up front grooming the back log. But picking the right things to work on is a very important, important job.
