The Unstoppable Nuclear Cruise Missile

Neulae says we humans have nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers, but why no nuclear space rockets? We can go much faster and further into space with these rockets. The Russians had announced I think in 2018 or 2019 a nuclear powered cruise missile. So it's essentially for the US a question of time about when they catch up with the Russians and the Chinese.
