The Decline of the Part Work

We seem to be featured prominently in children's encyclopedias. Anything with illustration of Tooten Karmoon on the front is going to do. The idea of that was you would get people hooked early on. This is another commercial thing. There was a big debate at the time because there were lots of artworks. Do we go alphabetical, which is clearly a very smart way of ordering information? But it's also a bit nonsensical as Abyssinia actually has nothing to do with artworks.
