Why You Should Share Your Intentions

When people approach an activity they expect two extremes, neither of which are likely to occur. And then no matter what happens because those two extremes, either one of them occurred, they think something went wrong. I get very excited if we start at mediocre because now the real work can begin. People need to know what your intentions are related to anything before they can feel comfortable accepting it.
