The Excellent Communicator - Is That a Soft Skill?
The excellent communicator, think that's definitely something that you see in multiple teams. One person is the type to ask for forgiveness and then peremptively make a decision. The other person would do all their research beforehand and then just move on and do like, a different task instead. A team is more diverse and productive if you have both types of people.
