The Rise and Fall of True Crime

I just wanted to get a sense of your perspective as someone who investigates these things, where that drive comes from. And if you have any thoughts about sort of maybe the broader, more prorientated version of what true crime has become. You know, I grew up reading a lot of true crime. As I got older and as I started writing my own books, I think one of the things that really stuck with me is I still use true crime or crime as the narrative.
