Many of us have been dipping into our search capacity since march and april. We're not giving ourselves the slack in our schedules that we need so that we can take on these extra challenges. When i'm dealing with heavy emotion a issues, it's harder for me to take on more emotional burdens. If i'm trained mentally, i'm not going to be able to think through new problems well. And if i'm not doing things that inspire me, that is going to affect my ability to take on anything new,. regardless of where it comes from.
