The Space Elements of Meditation
When we're meditating as well, sometimes that sense of there being a boundary between the inside and the outside completely disappears. And the brain ceases to assign either exteriority or interiority to particular sensory sensations that are coming in. In one part of your experience is a bird singing, but you're not even thinking that's not me. It's just part of experience, just this field of experience. There's a sense of oneness and stillness and perfectness that comes from that.
