i want to eliminate that whole block of time, that i just find something to fill it with. We've got some some hue lights, and i remember shaw mc cabe talking about automations that he had set up so that at a certain time the lights in his house start to dim. And that's kind of like a visual cue, like a you should start thinking about going to bed. Now i don't know exactly what im going to do with that, what sort of support i need to make that change happen. But we were both motivated to do it, and i think this will be healthier for both us.
