Cognetol therapy has so many interventions and techniques to really reduce the level of anxiety, or subjectively felt level of distress that a person is feeling. uncontrolled anxiety almost invariably leads to depression because people can't get out of their own minds. It's part of our fighter flight response. But as isa earlier, anxiety and love of self is not necessarily a bad thing. And when it becomes pathological and it becomes almost self destructive and is affecting your ability to work, your ability to function in your relationship, your able to navigate the social world, that's when you really want to step back and say, look, i need to get into therapy.
