The Importance of Chain Squats

The bands and chains, they only only work for geared powerlifters because the gear helps them get off of the chest. What I'm saying is do one day of regular school, one day of chain squats or, you know, but also what happens when your clients start getting hit pain. Cause FAI is real. If you're a personal trainer, you have clients in various stages of injury all the time. We have to be many, not many physical therapists. It just comes with being a personal trainer,. especially the older you get. Everything hurts. But I can train around it. And you get to figure it out.
