There's too few people doing STEM, there's tooFew people doing engineering. As young women are finishing university, you've got only 23% of those actually using that tech qualification versus nearly 45% of men. So we need to get into education and say, okay, how are we going to encourage more women to get pulled through? We can see it's small things like who gets to answer questions in classrooms. And this is all just these little drips that’s reinforcing that you're not good at STEM,. This isn't the right career for you.
