Is There a Shift in the Definition of Curator?
Design is seen as something exclusive, like you were talking about. People are alking about sort of designing looks, or designing their brand on instigram. You write in the book about how the word curating has also become like that. I think there is a lot of am pressure to cind of curate towards the spectacle where everything is big and brings lots of people,. And it's great for instogram and and all those kind of things. But if there's not enough spaces and places and practices in which to do things that are riskier, that are more experimental, that might actually even fail.
