Kotu seems to have allowed an aggressive, intensive culture to flourish. Philipp lefont came up during a different era and may have rienced a brasher managerial style. Other organizations have shown it is possible to achieve remarkable outcomes without the coarseness of kot's methods. Ultimately, kotu may not care about its cultural issues as long as performance remains solid.
