How to Talk to Leads Differently Than You Talk to Clients
You talk to leads different than you talk to clients. It's a completely different conversation. If the initial conversations are about the business, the outcome, the strategy, they're suddenly going to not hound you so much when you get into the design phase. So but, you know, she was a lead and then we got to know each other and then she became, you know what I mean? I converted her anyway. That's what I'm saying.
