i think the biggest thing, and this is why our health matters, are iner wellness matters, is just being good guides and advisers. Is like an astel call my dad. He's 86 years old, and i'm struggling with something from tarrng to put something into words,. And he just gives me that wisdom that i need. But yet, my daughter in college, we laugh li. We talk more now than we did when she was at home her sn te year. That and a face time has been the best thing ever.
