Is It Good to Have Pets?
Roxanne Jones: I grew up with about 138 animals, including cats and dogs. She says she had a goldfish that froze when it was put in an ice cube tank during Christmas break at her parents' house. "I can program the loving response of a dog or a cat and I don't need the experience of a human reciprocal love," Pope Francis has said. The pope's comments have led some people to wonder if pets are good for humans.
