The Unfairness of Fair Capping in New York
In New York, the fair cap is $33 for the week. That's equivalent to 12 rides if you use the subway every day and maybe once on the weekend. The weird thing about the fair capping in New York is it starts from Monday and it ends on Sunday. I think that's where New York can do better. It looks great if you arrive on a Monday and leave on a Sunday.
