I really don't envy the companies that have to make these calls and put products out into the wild like this. Where do you draw that line? Do you just say absolutely no sensitive topics will be dealt with at all by the system? Does that really help? Does it make things worse? Yeah. And then the question of like defining bias too, right? Because if you allow some words, but not others, the other camp will say the same thing.
