Be very careful about commercial brand seasoned nuts and seeds because oftentimes they are loaded with salt. If you're going to use seasoning just take a little pinch of sea salt. And so I like to go for the elemental natural flavors. Like sunflower seeds, I don't mind them when they're not seasoned at all. But man, your sodium will go through the roof.
