What Happened to Gurdaras?
When the fighting stopped, when they went to their homes, there was no home. So for them, the gurdaras of cabul became their home. In jalalabad, the shopkeepers in number of places were given a lifetime lease as long as they paid the rent. They took away the leases, then paid the money si had paid and sold it to somebody else. And this is very vital to understand those people who lost at homes in licengalalabad. By that time, you already had problems. That six are living. Majority of the hindoos had already left. The houses were not grabbed. Small towns, houses didn't have much value.
