I think we have to improve our efforts and our communities to increase the diversity of our trainees. And i do think education can play a role there, but it's not going to be enough to be ale to affix thet Can you think of a situation where something like this came up, where you were treating a black patient who you thought had better outcomes because you were the one who was involved in the care of that patient?
