The chateau marmont has been a los angeles institution for decades. In september of 20 20, the llwood reporter published an explosive article detailing the hotel's mistreatment of its staff. Employees allege that the chateau has been a work place rife with toxic behavior,. including neglectful management and unaddressed racial discrimination and sexual misconduct. Many of the hotel workers have since spoken out about abuses they experienced working at the hotel.
