Alzheimer's - Exercise, Sleep and Lifelong Learning
A lot of proteins show a circadian expression level difference. You can take melatonin and fall asleep, then wake up again in two hours. But apparently there's a time to release. Sleep is the hardest part. Like why? We don't have to do anything. We just have to lay there. Vincent: I got the exercise down. I got the lifelong learning down. Can't figure out the sleep part yet.
