The Attorney General's View on the Private Right of Action
The case was dismissed recently. Attorney general did not enter the case, and it was dismissed quite recently. Why would that happen if there was a signal that this was a vr a violation in the opinion? It means the office of the solicitor general, along with the fed programme office, believes that they want to see this go through appeal on the question of private right of action. Which i think is interesting, especially given what we've seen in bernovitch and others. If you guys have it, ok. We have fedsock swag here, james madison's head. Ison aun a quarter. Zip i a. Thank you so much for being here.
