There's an actual story where an older fella was trapped in his self-driving car because the car didn't know what to do in a roundabout. Josh: As much as we let machines take over we still always need to practice humanity and civility or things like that. uncanny value is for defenders listening it basically means that the more human the machines become, they can also become off-putting so there's a lot of work to be done on this issue.

Josh Clark enlightens us to everything we need to know about the current state of UX in AI. He takes us on an unsettling stroll through uncanny valley.
