What's the Real Problem With the Plant Based Diet?

I think that if we're going to use supplements, especially a non food based supplement or a non animal based supplement, that it should be short term strategic and simply done to compress time. Most of the time there's gut dysfunction happening in people who are chronic plant eaters. If you're eating some of the right things but they're combined with plants, you're not going to get the absorption that you think you are. And you actually are going to end up some degree of nutrient deficient just by doing that. So fiber, comments on fiber and constipation?
