Did Abortion Make a Difference?

There's a constitutional amendment being proposed to the state constitution in Kentucky. A lot of these new laws are being challenged before the state Supreme Court, basically just trying to reestablish a right to an abortion on state constitutional grounds. There's also that ballot measure in Michigan, which is going to be the reverse, right? It's going to codify a state constitutional right to anabortion in that state.
