If you're partnering with a private equity firm who wants to bring more employees into being equity stakeholders, that's with the founders that I have worked with. So typically that if the founders made arrangements already, right? Yeah, it's coming out of the deal price for sure. If they decided to take right personal checks, again, none in our control, if we're granting employees equity post-close, it comes out of the private equity firm which is what you don't really want to do.
