I think the speed it takes to buy a property is so out of date. I could pay you with a couple of little checks in an hour, but it would take me 90 days to buy a 100 grand house off you. In terms of ownership, I'm not sure. It has to be decentralized because all right, the government could turn around when the world is fucked in the next three years and they could go, you don't own your property anymore. They've done it before in history. So for a blockchain to work, it's got to be decentralized. And if the government make it, it ain't fucking decentralized. Exactly.
