The Elements of Defamation, Actual Malice

i will probably seek crowd funding to help other organizations that have been defamed by them false ly and smeared in violation of their own standards. I don't know how that'll work in court, but i'm really, really pisset off about this. Their raiting system is arbitrary. They have dinged us simply because we are an independent medio organization. Usa to day fabricated 23 stories, and they give them a perfect score out of 100. And they're a conspiracy crackpot web si. So anyway, i'm frustrated because i'm pised off at these institutions. But i believe we have serious standing and reason to prove that they have. There's actual malice i
