CNN's John Sutter and CNN.com Senior Tech Correspondent Jarrett Bellini are talking about the pedagogical math wars. What do you think? Tell us where you in particular stand on them. The two competing views are one, that the primary goal should be to execute computations correctly and swiftly and usually algorithmically; other view is of mathematics as play which de-emphasizes computation. If we want to do something that is worth calling math in school, we have to get both of those done says Bellini.
