This exercise is amazing because it trains three of the things that won't get outsourced or put to a computer. You go up your body to your belly button, your advisor. You go to your fingers. And you can go all the way back up. One of the best things that I tell people is this. There's no such thing as a good or bad memory. There's just a trained memory and an untrained memory. Those are exercises to not only make you more mentally intelligent but increase your mental fitness.
