You would do well to do things like close grip bench press. I would even say you, you know, diamond pushups where your hands are even closer together. For the pushup test, if I'm walking this back a couple of months and I have an athlete doing bench press or dumbbell press or whatever, they're probably hanging out in a higher rep range because again, we want to promote the metabolic buildup.
